When you provide your phone number and check a consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Reshape Digital Solutions related to your inquiry and appointment scheduling, and — only if you separately opt in — marketing and promotional messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing described in this Policy specifically excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are disclosed only to our messaging service provider strictly to deliver the messages you have requested.

- Analytics — Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC), and Facebook Ads conversion tracking / Facebook pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Personal Data processed: Tracker and Usage Data.
- Connecting Data — Zapier (Zapier, Inc.). Personal Data processed: data communicated while using the service.
- Contacting the User — mailing list / newsletter. Personal Data processed: email address.
- Handling payments — Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). The Website does not collect payment card details directly; it only receives notification that payment has completed.
- Managing contacts and sending messages — Mailgun (Mailgun Technologies, Inc.) for email; Twilio (Twilio, Inc.) for phone numbers and communication. (Subject to the SMS section above: opt-in data is never shared or sold for marketing.)
